Our team will work closely with you to ensure every aspect of your custom watch is crafted to perfection. Simply share your vision, and we’ll bring it to life, creating a watch that is truly one-of-a-kind.
How does this work?
With our watch customization service, you can select from a range of options, including watch case material and color, movement style, dial style and color, and strap or bracelet choices. If you have a specific vision, feel free to write a description of your preferences and include a link to a reference photo if you have one.
Once you’ve made your selections, simply add the customized watch to your shopping cart and place your order. After receiving your order, we will contact you to discuss your choices in detail, advise on compatibility, and ensure cohesiveness in style and colors. Together, we’ll finalize the perfect watch that suits your personal style. You’ll then place a deposit, and we will order the necessary parts. Assembling your custom watch typically takes 10 to 14 days.

Fulfilment and Shipping: If the item is available, your order will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days from the time it is accepted. We use same-day express delivery and will contact you to coordinate the shipping details, providing a tracking number for your convenience.
Pre-Order Plan: When an item is out of stock, you can secure it by placing a pre-order. The process typically takes 10 to 14 days to source the parts and complete the assembly of your custom watch. In rare cases, delays may occur, and we will notify you immediately. To confirm your pre-order, a deposit is required, while the remaining amount will be placed on hold until the order is fulfilled. Please provide your contact details during checkout for fast communication with The Time Tailor, ensuring we keep you informed every step of the way.
